CZ999 Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know

1. Introduction

Welcome to CZ999 (referred to throughout these Terms as "cz999", "we", "us" or "the platform"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the cz999 website at https://cz999.ws and all services, games, betting markets, promotions and features available through it.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any part of the cz999 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use cz999.

These Terms apply to all players using cz999 from Pakistan and supersede any previous versions. Where a specific promotion, game or service has its own additional terms, those terms apply alongside these general Terms — in the event of a conflict, the specific terms take precedence for that product or promotion only.

2. Eligibility

You must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible to register and use cz999:

• You must be using cz999 on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your country of residence.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete and your own. Providing false information — including a date of birth that is incorrect — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and gives cz999 the right to close your account and withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.

3. Account Rules

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on cz999. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, addresses, payment methods or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts involved may be suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and any winnings from bonus funds voided. CZ999 uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts.

Account Security

Your cz999 account password is your responsibility. You must not share your login details with anyone. CZ999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact cz999 support immediately at support@cz999.ws. CZ999 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from a player sharing their login credentials or failing to secure their device.

Account Verification

CZ999 may at any time request identity verification documents (including a copy of your national ID card, CNIC, or proof of address). This is standard procedure and not an accusation of any wrongdoing. Verification requests are typically made before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until verification is completed.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. CZ999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, communicated to the player by email prior to any deductions. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 24 months may be closed.

4. Deposits

CZ999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• CZ999 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet or bank may apply its own transaction charges — check with your provider before depositing.
• Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed in real time. IBFT transfers may take up to 2 business hours to reflect in your cz999 balance.
• If a deposit is made and does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact cz999 support with your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

CZ999 processes withdrawal requests promptly. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from the platform:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard requests, though high-value withdrawals may require additional verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account in the same name as the cz999 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• CZ999 does not charge withdrawal fees. The amount you request is the amount that will be sent to your wallet.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically settle within 5 to 15 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay follow a similar timeline. IBFT bank transfers generally complete within 2 to 4 business hours.
• Before your first withdrawal, cz999 may request identity verification documents. Requests for verification do not freeze your account for deposits or gameplay — only for withdrawals until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant bonus. Please refer to the Bonuses section below for full details.

If a withdrawal has not arrived within the stated timeframe, please contact cz999 support with the withdrawal reference number from your account transaction history. CZ999 will investigate and respond within 24 hours.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

CZ999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and the general conditions below.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by cz999 — whether a deposit match bonus, free spins, cashback offer or any other promotion — carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the specific offer) must be turned over in qualifying bets before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the bonus terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, sports bets and certain other games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in individual promotion terms.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no monetary or cash value until wagering requirements are met.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports and event betting conducted through cz999:

• All bets are final once confirmed in the cz999 system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except through the Cash Out feature where available.
• CZ999 reserves the right to limit, refuse or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed at erroneous odds resulting from technical or human error.
• In the event of a match, event or competition being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before a result is reached, bets will be settled in accordance with the cz999 Sporting Rules published in the Help section of the platform.
• Minimum single bet: Rs 200. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event type and are displayed on the betslip before submission.
• Live betting odds update in real time. CZ999 is not responsible for any delays between the live odds displayed and the current state of the event caused by internet connection issues on the player's side.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your cz999 balance as soon as the event result is officially confirmed and the market is settled.
• CZ999 does not permit betting on the outcome of any event in which the player has any form of direct or indirect influence. Such bets will be voided if detected.

8. Casino Games

All casino games available on cz999 — including slots, live dealer games, Andar Bahar and table games — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or use real physical equipment (in the case of live dealer games) under controlled conditions.

Fair Play Certification

• Using another person's identity, payment method or personal information to open or fund an account.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other mechanical or electronic aids to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Placing bets for the purpose of money laundering or disguising the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Claiming bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means, including opening additional accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once.
• Engaging in any conduct designed to harm, disrupt or defraud other users of the platform.
• Attempting to access, alter or interfere with the cz999 platform's backend systems, databases or security infrastructure.

10. Responsible Gaming

• Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses from accounts suspended for breach of Terms.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game developers or internet service providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits cz999's liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

CZ999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion or evidence of:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, including collusion, bonus abuse or unauthorised account access.
• Suspected money laundering or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Failure to pass identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Any conduct that cz999 considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Players whose accounts are closed for a breach of Terms forfeit any bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds. Real-money balances unrelated to fraudulent activity will be returned to the player after investigation, subject to cz999's verification requirements.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting cz999 support. Any outstanding balance at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to the player's registered payment method after applicable verification checks.

14. Changes to Terms and Conditions

CZ999 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cz999 will notify players by email (to the address registered on the account) and by a notice on the cz999 website at least 7 days before the changes take effect for existing players.

Continued use of the cz999 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using cz999 and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance before the changes take effect.
